The weather in Агра shifts clearly between dry and rainy periods, shaping the city’s rhythm across the year. From November to April, the air stays dry, with mild mornings and warm afternoons. This stretch is often considered the most comfortable time to explore Агра, especially if you prefer avoiding heavy rains or intense heat.

Starting in May, temperatures climb, and by June, the monsoon arrives, bringing frequent downpours that last through September. The rain cools the air slightly, but humidity rises, making the heat feel more oppressive. Once the monsoon retreats in October, Агра returns to dry conditions, though the lingering warmth of late summer can still be felt into early autumn.

In Агра, temperatures follow a pronounced seasonal pattern. The coolest months are January and December, when daytime highs reach around +19.2 °C and +21.9 °C, while nights can drop to +7.5 °C and +8.6 °C. This is the only time of year when evenings in Агра might feel chilly, especially if you’re outdoors after sunset.
